its because it burns more calories. wearing a sweater makes you hot wich makes you sweat. it uses up 0.51 calories every time you swear a dram of sweat or something. by increasing how much you sweat you can increase how many calories you burn. in fact they just released a product that is like a bin bag you wear wich makes you sweat more and says will burn 400 extra cals / workout

the gym i workout is in a basement and somedays the ac works somedays it doesnt
nd last night it wasnt working and it was super humid outside so i was dripping sweat with every rep i did i just had to take it off
had on a white tank and it was 100% see throughPSN: KILLEMALLDNTFRNT

I haven't done it in forever but I love working out in sweatshirts.. I like sweating more and staying hot through workouts. Thanks for reminding of me this(srs)

False, the more cold your body is the more energy your body needs to produce into keeping it at a certain temperature i.e cold= calories. Wearing a sweater only gets rid of water weight which is only valuable if you have a date or compete in competetitions. It may also be valuable in keeping your muscles warm.
