Going to hold bench,incline bench,dead,squat,and clean record.

how much did you lift for your school record? i know for a fact i lift more then anyone my weight but my school doesnt have weight classes for lifts so sucks for us little guys.Originally Posted by bonboy6696

Never came close... weight was under 200, don't remember the lower number but the guy did a 675lb squat.

800m, was still there when I graduated 2:08. Might be broken now Idc I hated that event. School has only been open for 4 years now, so setting records was easy. In a relay team me and my buddies have the 400x4m relay and the 800x4m relay. The 400x4m relay will stay for a while, all 4 of us ran times between upper 50 seconds to low 53 seconds. I have no idea what the other relay time was.

used to do track when i was younger
was 12th in the 100m and 11th in 90m hurdles
100m - 12.06
90m hurdles - 13.34 i think?
i was 13 at the time i did these, fastest i ever ran the 100m was 11.6 when i was 15 and run 60m over 7.1 at a running event and won $2000 then gave up on a good note. got a giant ribbon thing like ms china is wearing but it was full red

I was in the 130 to 139lb category, so I made these records before leaving HS:
Leg Press: 360lbs x 80
Leg Press: 450lbs x 52
121 situps in 2m
- Sit up records we had were time based, and what was complete bullsh** is that we had to maintain a certain form while doing it, we couldn't swing at all, our arms had to be interlaced on our chest like a corpse and if they moved off of your chest at any point, that situp would not count.
Wish I knew about the BCAA L-Leucine. If I would have known that taking it by itself would give me strength up the arse, I would have held many more records that I was 5lbs short of.
