GNC employees are retards, we all know that. They sell based on what pays them the most commission.
But this GNC employee cared enough to point out that you're 17 and shouldn't be using this product. Haha lifting seriously for 14-15 months, that's nothing and doesn't make it ok for you to ignore warning labels.
All you kids under 25 just need this magical supplement called Food. Conbine the right amount of food with a workout routine that doesn't suck and proper sleep and you will grow.
Try some Steak-a-drol, it works well.
Take 3 months, lift hard on a program like Starting Strength / Practical Programming while eating 4000-5000 calories a day and you'll never waste any more of your parents money on supplements.

.....
why do you instantly assume just because i'm a teen, i don't know what the hell i'm doing training-wise. I've ALREADY done starting strength, and i wanted to use creatine to break out of a rut i'm having in madcow intermediate 5x5. I keep track of my diet and eat 4000 calories daily. Just because i'm a teen doesn't mean i'm retarded, dick.

@ OP, yes..you will see results using creatine, and no, they will not "disappear" when you stop taking it. When I cycled off creatine I maintained my strength gains but my muscles appeared slightly smaller than when I was taking creatine. The only side effect I've experienced was some bad gas during the loading phase. Just order the basic creatine monohydrate from bb.com, don't try to deal with the d*cks at GNC

High five, & head nod.
Oh btw just take it, its like 12 bucks for 500g and if you feel bad dont do it.
Alot of problems in the BB world are mal-informed/eager people who think they can avoid the safety guides. I.e 4x recommended dosages of things
creatine supplies energy to your muscles, if you dont use it , you will not see gains. Use it as a pre-cursor to a workout and for PWO.
you can only use soo much creatine in your body since your body already creates creatine, so excessive amounts is pointless and can cause damage if you dont hydrate/diet properly to remove it from your system.Seek truth and reason

Hi bro
I can tell you what works for me
creatine and protein is what I took and it has worked .
the creatine you take it for a while and then you have to leave it for a while
but never stop taking protein.
I only weight 183 lbs I can lift 415 lbs in bench press.lately just buy the SuperPump 250
for energy before the gym and really works for me.
((sorry for my English is not that good))

I won't get results from using creatine? Why the hell should i listen to you; you're 230lbs and can't even bench your bodyweight, while i pull off a 120%bw bench, which despite not being amazing, is a lot better than an 80% bw bench from someone who talks like he's a big lifter who's been training since forever. And lest you accuse me of being an "upper body brah", i squat 170% bodyweight as well, all at 195lbs, 6'1". If you're gonna talk sh*t on me for being young, you should at least be better than me to have some backing to your argument. I take my training seriously, i'm not some "lol curlz erryday" teenager, i read up on training techniques and the physiology behind them (Practical Programming, Wendler's 5/3/1 and the like). Don't judge me just by my age, bro.

yeah he is right, i know when i turned 18 my kidneys became immuned to any possible damage creatine could do to me. Creatine is ok...i dunno if it really does anything or not to be honest. I prefer just protein to put on muscle/weight and a N.O. product to give me some energy to get into the gym (i go to the gym after i get off work).
I've seen so many contradicting things about creatine that i just don't know what to believe. Protein has been proven to fuel muscle growth. But that GNC guy is a dumbass. I have yet to see any GNC employee who knew what they were talking aboutcan't ya show some class?

TOTALLY AGREE. im 15 and i was trying to buy creatine and he told me you should'nt be taking it so i said "ok what else can i buy" that works well? and he pointed at something that was really expensive -_-. Then i finally convinced that my mind was set on creatine and then he let me buy it. and by the way creatine's working for me i take GNC micronized creatine. Just dont listen to the GNC if you already searched it up on BB and you know its fine

I have literally never seen one in shape person working at my GNC's around here. It might not be the case all over, but half of them don't even know what Creatine REALLY does. The guy I work out with his brother works for GNC, and I CAN make it clear that they do make a higher comish on certain products, hence why each month they push something different harder.
IMO, find a locally owned shop, people are down right and know their stuff, or order off the internet. GNC is probably 10-15$ higher than any other store.

Hahaha will you be my new hero for the day, it's little pieces of **** like you that makes me laugh at stopping updating my bodyspace back in the summer. Those aren't anywhere near my numbers anymore kid, I came back to the gym in Feb after years of inactivity.
As for Bench Press, **** bench press. I do it maybe once every 3 months just to shut some people up. I would rather do ring pushups and ring dips. Bench Press and arm curls are fine if you want to be one of those guys at the gym walking arond in loose medium track pants and doing Chest & Bi's 5 days a week
I have no time for kids like you. You don't know anything and you think you know everything. Respond to the air kid, cause I'm not checking back to see what uneducated **** you spew out in response. Talk to me in 10 years, then your opinion might actually mean something to somebody.

You're claiming I don't know ****, and yet you're saying i won't make gains if I take creatine, even though i already have good diet and training already? Yeah, i really
think that makes a lot of sense. Also, I think you seem to have some kind of superiority complex. You talk **** on me, saying i don't know anything, and yet when it turns out I have a solid lifting program and actually know what i'm doing, you shout "NOGAINS LOL I KNOW SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU". I stumbled across another post you made where you did a similar thing, for some reason making a thread in the powerlifting section about quitting Starting Strength for Crossfit, in which you got into a massive argument with a 15 year old, and when people started calling you out, you cried and raged like a child, much like you're doing now. Go ahead and don't reply, I really don't care, but on the off chance that you actually read this I just want you to know that you're an immature ass, and this is coming from a 17 year old. Quit taking internet forums so damn seriously.

Wow, look at this cool internet tough guy. He talks down to teenage kids online when they ask for help on a forum. Seriously, what the **** are you doing with your life? This kid posts a thread asking for some advice, you post a stupid, arrogant, condescending reply, and then get pissed and bitch like a girl when he actually calls you out on it. Also, are you really saying that bench press is a lift that only bros and curl monkeys do? The guys in the powerlifting section would like a word with you. Hard to believe you're calling HIM the one who knows nothing and thinks he knows everything. Besides, OP already said he's on a powerlifting program, Madcow intermediate i think he said, not everyone trains crossfit (lol). How about you quit taking internet forums so damn seriously. You're 33 for Christ's sake, you should have better things to do with yourself than making fun of a teenager from behind a computer.
