Im at like 19% bf right now (5'11'' 190lbs trying to get to 200+ lbs.) but I still want to keep bulking up. Would it be beneficial to cut my bulk early, around December, lose say, 5% bf and then keep bulking until April or just keep bulking and cut the fat all at once later?
I dont want my bf to rise too hard since it can be a b*tch to cut down in time for beach season.
Also, pic of bulking, uni cafeteria style. Lots of carbs since it was breakfast and squat day
