    Protein Fluff Recipe at leangains.com

    Anyone tried making this? http://www.leangains.com/2010/09/hig...3d-review.html

Looks really good. I'm going to give it a shot. I noticed in the comments that there were also some attempts that mysteriously failed, so if anyone has tried it and can post their success pointers, that is much appreciated. I'll do the same, but have to get some casein protein first.

i keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours for a pudding consistency. could not get it to fluff up as mentioned in the leangains blog but its delicious AND nutritious.

i use about 200-230 grams of berries (any kind but i found blackberries so far to be great), 100 ml skim milk and 40grams of ON Casein Banana powder.

Actually it works with whey too...100g strawberries and 100ml milk, 1 scoop whey (and sweetener in my case as whey is unflavored). This turns out pretty good but I try to eat it as soon as it's done otherwise it loses consistency..

Does anyone knows if there's any kind of problem if I leave it in my work's fridge for about 8 hours?

I just mix my protein powder with 0% fat greek yogurt. A tub has 2 servings @ 130 calories with 23g protein each. Add 2 scoops of your protein powder(I really like Dymatize Cookies and Cream!) and mix thoroughly. Usually I only eat half the tub which ends up as 250 calories and 44g of protein. Sometimes it tastes so good that I don't stop and eat the whole 500 calories/88g protein tub.

Anything you add like that tends to weigh it down and destroy the fluff.
