I'm really starting to think I have sh*t genetics regarding chest, arms and shoulders. Everything else is fine but these body parts won't grow.

I gained fat at puberty on my chest (not gyno) and love handles that I have to stay really lean and keep my muscles toned to lose.
For me to look really fit, I have to eat like a champ and stay up on my cardio.
Meanwhile, my brother is on the Little Debbie and Pringles diet and remains sub 10% body fat year round. I've never seen him without a six pack...ever.
But I'm much, much smarter. Lord giveth and taketh away, I suppose.
Overall, I feel blessed though. I have great skin and hair. Nobody ever thinks I'm older than mid-twenties, and honestly, I kind of like it that I have to be on my A-game to stay in good shape. It will ensure that I always take care of myself because I am not down for being sloppy at all.

Every male in my family has long, slender limbs, and a belly. They all drink a ****load too, tho... I don't have the belly, but I do have the long, slender limbs... no question I work harder than other guys that look better
