Abs & forearms worked everyday day?

Someone told me at work that I can work Abs & forearms everyday ... he's pretty experienced & big so I wouldn't doubt him. Can I do this? I'm basically sitting here bored as hell & I feel like working out or something, but Tuesdays Thursdays & the weekend are my break days.

its suggested you work your abs and arms max of 3-4 times a week so they can recover

Evidence doesn't always equate to intelligence. You could be big but not know much about lifting, in the same way that dimwits can get elected to public office - positions that should require a degree of intelligence.

    He's wrong.
be a lot cooler if you did

    No.

Forearms are worked out in everything. Many lifters don't train forearms until they get really experienced. I do 2 simple exercises a week cause my arms are long and forearms are tiny, I think that's acceptable but not every day.

As for abs, depends on your volume. Culter does 30 min each day, but that's Cutler. You also work abs through tons of exercises in other ares.
