    that definitely is something to do... taste seems to be an issue, but mixing asgt with something like crystal light definitely would help.

    i use one scoop... i find that's all i need. i am not one to use stimulants so don't really feel the need to increase to two, although, the other ingredients in asgt i could use two times more. lol.

    Since i wake up at 4 to hit the gym, i immediately have my whey shake and some fast carbs. When should i take my ASGT. The goal is be lifting my 530. I was wondering what the effects would be if i took it too close to my whey/ carb shake. would it still be effective?

    Okay have your shake at 4 and take your ASGT at 5. The stim may not feel as strong having food in your stomach, depending on how fast your shake digests but it will definitely still be effective.

    Based on that protocol, I'd start out with 1.5 scoops and work up if you need more of an energy kick or take a caffeine pill with it.

    I take mine immediately after my protein shake in the am. I wake at 530 take shake at 6 and ASGT at 620. Definately gets the job done, sometimes when I dont have time to rinse the container I just mix everything together and it works great. I know optimally I should probably wait a little but it works for me and I only do 1 scoop 2 is still a bit too intense for me.

    I know there is not arginine in ASGT, but I have some effervescent tablets (vit c) that contains large amounts of arginine. Can i take with the ASGT?

    Same for me, 2 scoops is just to much and almost makes the workout worse for me. 1 scoop has me just in the zone. Makes it really cost effective for those of us using it at only 1 scoop :P

    Yeah man, that is nuts. I've never gone above 2 scoops I think....

    I'd recommend if you need that much stims to do the 1.5-2 scoops and add in a caffeine pill or something, would make it much more cost effective

    I am a 1 scooper in the evening/2 in the morning person. I find that if I need an extra boost I throw in a 60 mg gernanium pill or even 1 scoop of Jack3d. AS-GT is strong but since the energy comes on so smoothly, no one gives it the respect it deserves and then they are cracked out of their minds on 3 scoops (I found this out the hard way, never again!).

    for sure... definitely assessing if a product works, requires some time off the old stuff to have less of a bias in the review. saving money is always good! :P 3-4 doses pretty much go through a tub in just two weeks or so.

    yeap. i myself bumped up to 3 occasionally because I am a bit of a stim junkie but that didn't last very long. I even go with a single scoop now on some days cause quite frankly, thats all it takes. 2 scoops is just an added bonus of aggression and a bit more of a stim high.
