Since i wake up at 4 to hit the gym, i immediately have my whey shake and some fast carbs. When should i take my ASGT. The goal is be lifting my 530. I was wondering what the effects would be if i took it too close to my whey/ carb shake. would it still be effective?

Okay have your shake at 4 and take your ASGT at 5. The stim may not feel as strong having food in your stomach, depending on how fast your shake digests but it will definitely still be effective.
Based on that protocol, I'd start out with 1.5 scoops and work up if you need more of an energy kick or take a caffeine pill with it.

I take mine immediately after my protein shake in the am. I wake at 530 take shake at 6 and ASGT at 620. Definately gets the job done, sometimes when I dont have time to rinse the container I just mix everything together and it works great. I know optimally I should probably wait a little but it works for me and I only do 1 scoop 2 is still a bit too intense for me.

I am a 1 scooper in the evening/2 in the morning person. I find that if I need an extra boost I throw in a 60 mg gernanium pill or even 1 scoop of Jack3d. AS-GT is strong but since the energy comes on so smoothly, no one gives it the respect it deserves and then they are cracked out of their minds on 3 scoops (I found this out the hard way, never again!).

haha, yeah like I said before and I personally always say when it comes to stims....take a break before you run another product. Not only will that be better for your health but it is going to make the products effects more discernible and you can not just get a better feel for the product and its strength but you also save money cuz you don't have to take 3-4 times the dose others do

yeap. i myself bumped up to 3 occasionally because I am a bit of a stim junkie but that didn't last very long. I even go with a single scoop now on some days cause quite frankly, thats all it takes. 2 scoops is just an added bonus of aggression and a bit more of a stim high.
