I hate the fact that this kid is back in the WWE.
Not because I don't like him. The guy has skills.
It's just that he is in the wrong business with the WWE.
He's a wrestler.
He was trained to wrestle, on the mat, submissions, chain wrestling, etc.
Yet he goes to a place where wrestling is not only not needed, but looked down upon.
He is going to continue to get buried. It seems like the WWE gave him this title as a thank you for taking the brunt of that stupid tie fiasco. However, he just doesn't fit in.
The fans don't care.
The federation doesn't seem to care.
It's not the place for him.
I know a lot of people on here wanted him to come back, but he is not EVER going to be portrayed as the American Dragon in the WWE.
He's too small to be the tough, intimidating shoot fighter type character he portrayed in the indies. He's not Rey Mysterio either in the sense of being marketable and flashy.
I think the right place for Bryan is the indies, or TNA. Matches against Angle, the MCMG, Wolfe, Styles, and a bunch of other guys there, like Amazing Red, would be classics. He's just going to toil in the lower mid card in the WWE, putting over people.
Thread: Daniel Bryan.
