This routine has been workn wonders for me with my work schedule and classes.
New bulking diet
7 am breakfast (4 eggs and oatmeal and a waffle and skim milk with one scoop of whey protein)
Nap til 930 after meal on Tuesdays and Thursdays and weekends
10 am- 8 ounces of beef or chicken with 2 red potatoes and veggies and cashews
1pm-8 ounces of beef or chicekn and piece of wheat bread, two red potatoes (multi vitamin) nap til 3 after meal on Monday, Wednesdays, fridays
330pm-cup of brown rice and 8 ounces of lean meat
5-preworkout expand
515 train
630-gatorade,creatine, protein shake
730-8 ounces of beef or chicken with rice or potatoes and 2 tsp peanut butter and skim milk multivitamin
1030-2 eggs, 4-5 ounces of meat, cottage cheese, and milk and a banana
1130 bed time
4 am 16 ounce glass of skim milk and 2 tsps of peanut butter
