Alrighty, some of these songs are newer, some aren't but here is a quick list or artists and some specific songs.
Jurassic Five - Whats Golden and The Game, Nelly - Heart of a Champion, Eminem - Lose Yourself, DMX - Ruff Ryders Anthem and Whats My Name, Kayne West, Fort Minor - Remember the Name, Outkast, Rhymefest - Bullet, Jedi Mind Tricks, among others.
Check out some of those artists and the songs I've mentioned. Might want to check out some of the other songs I didn't mention by these artists as well. hope this gives you a good start.

Chamillionaire, Mike Jones, Lil Troy, South Park Mexican.... All H-Town Boyz.
Or if you arent into rap....
Personally I listen to Matis when I warmup. Its probably not something that you like, but he is my boy and there is alot of signifficance in his songs to me. Pushes me that extra step.

My list would be something like this...when I was in HS we had to use instrumentals because our coach really didnt like rap, and really couldnt stand the words. Anyways, here's what I got for you...
Chamillionaire-Turn it up
Pastor Troy-It's bout to go down
Lil Jon-Throw it up
Jim Jones-Ballin
Baby ft Lil Wayne-Pop Bottles
Dj Unk-Don't Make Us....this song is awesome, if you pay attention, he sampled the beat off of the saw movies, where everything is being revealed at the end of the movies, it sounds great!
That's about all you need unless you guys have rediculously long warm-ups, ours lasted about 10-15 minutes.Certified Personal Trainer
