    Question am i overtraining??

Well since it's my holidays im working out 6 times a week as opposed to 2 times during school term. My workout:
    Day 1- Chest and arms
    Day 2- Shoulders and legs
    Day 3- Back and abs
    Day 4- Chest and arms
    Day 5- Shoulders and legs
    Day 6- Back and abs
20 min run before each session
I did this last holidays and i gained like 30 pounds on my one bench max but i was pretty dead by the end. What do u guys think, too much training??

How would we know? You didn't post a training regimen. You posted a list of body parts.

This. Your question makes no sense at all with the given information. If you question was "do you guys think I spend too much time working out?" then maybe we could help you. Otherwise post more info. You fail.

I reckon it's a bit much, if you wanna spend 6 days in the gym why don't you try a 4 or 5 day split?

Pointless unless you are a massive bodybuiler on roids.

You are only 16, why 6 days straight without a rest for muscles to
    grow and recoup?

3 to 4 days a week is enough.
