I am starting a cycle of X Factor Advanced and wanted to share my experience with it. I am currently on Day 3 so I haven't really started to see the full effects yet. Here's some starting info
Height - roughly 6'2"
Weight - 178 (fluctuates between 178-182)
Body fat % 6.2
Some maxes:
Bench press 285 x 1
The rest are not tested 1rep maxes but I use a 10rep max to calculate my weights
Squat 285 x 10
Deadlift 265 x 10
The rest of my lifts will be in the next post because I'm starting a new phase of my lifting program, going from focusing on strength to a higher volume workout incorporating drop-sets, supersets and rest-pause
I don't take many other supplements besides my pre workout ACG3 (same company as Pump Fuel) and Orange Triad for my multi. I get protein from food sources due to the lower bioavailability of protein powders but I take whey when I need to fill macros.

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=77Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Pumps were crazy today, arms have rarely felt this full after a workout and I only did 1 biceps exercise..I'm dosing 4 pre workout and 3 on off days, I'm lifting 4 days/week. I might do 5 pre workout and none on off days or 4 pre + 2 post and none on off days. Would any of those be better?
