what is the name of this workout?

a coach told us about it a while ago at a wrestling training camp but i forgot what it is. I'm not too sure but i think you take a staight curl bar and load it up with 20% of your weight(im not too sure on that but its not more than 35%) and you go through specific exercises like squats, hack squats, curls, overhead press, extensions, etc...with that weight and never putting it down and with MINIMAL idle time. its for muscular endurance and pound for pound strength. as you get stronger you keep adding 5 pounds to the bar.i forgot how many sets you do. anyone know the name or how i can find it somewhere?

I saw 3 doing that. They all did the same weight. One of the guys couldn't curl or press it. I laughed because he was trying to make it look like it was easy

They did like 10 sets. Idk it took a long time. like 10 reps of 1 thing, 10 reps of the next, and so on, then rest. That's 1 set
sig line can't be a novel crew. and I'll be banned if I make it a novel again
