Cake-
1 egg or eggwhites substitute
1 cup skim milk
3 TBSP Oil
Mix wet ingredients together until incorporated.
2 cups of Trader Joe Multi grain Baking Mix or equivalent
4 Scoops of XF Cinnamon Roll
1/2 Cup of Splenda (big bag for baking)
1/2 Cup of No Sugar Apple Sauce
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour mix into 8x8X2 Pyrex Pan. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
Topping-
Mix XF Cinnamon Roll in bowl. Add skim milk until consistency is thin but not watery. Use fork and drip frosting over top of finished coffee cake.
If you want to add crunchy topping as pictured.... Add Splenda Brown Sugar with XF powder and mix together in a bowl. Add to top of coffee cake with about 10 minutes left of cooking time. Spray with Pam spray until moist and it will brown the topping while cooking.
Remove and eat your ARSE off!Such much Placebo in here.

I have used Bettancourt White Chocolate XF Lemonade and also Gaspari MyoFusion Banana for similar cakes. All turned out very very good but there is something about Cinnamon Coffee cake that is so darn good.
I spent a few years in the bakery industry after college so it helps to have some knowledge and experience baking.Such much Placebo in here.

I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Makes great sludge as its designed to be mixed with water. I use 2 TBSP of PB2 and about 3/4 scoop of XF Choc PB and 1 TBSP of Roasted Flaxseed and I can't get enough. Trust me... You will love it. It also works great to add to things to give it more PB flavor without the fat. Shakes, Thai dishes ect....Such much Placebo in here.

3/4 Cup Bob's Redmill 10 grain Pancake mix or 3/4 cup ground steel cut Oats
1.5 Scoop ALLMAX ALLWHEY Butterscotch Maple Fudge
1 EGG or 1/2 cup egg whites
1 Tsp baking powder
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup of water (full cup of milk for fluffier pancakes)
The Butterscotch Maple Protein tastes like Maple Syrup and you don't need to add anything else to these.Such much Placebo in here.

Pancakes
You'll need:
1 cup + of milk (I use almond milk. You can use water if you want)
3/4 c old fashioned oats
3/4 c oat flour (can be made by putting oats in food processor or blender, I blend it dry)
4 egg whites
2 scoops protein
1/4 tsp of baking powder (can be omitted if you don't have it)
Heat 1c. of milk in microwave 1 minute. Add 3/4 c of oats and let sit while you do the rest.
Beat 4 egg whites using blender or electric mixer. Beat until egg whites are fluffy and start to peak.
Stir Oat Flour, protein, and baking powder into oat+milk mixture. Add additional milk until batter like consistency.
Fold in Egg Whites and you're good to go!
You can add cinnamon, splenda, blueberries, bananas, choc chips, etc. If you are too lazy to whip the egg whites, it still comes out decent.
These are 100x better than the boxed version IMO.
