    Need some serious opinion ..i ll rep !!

    k guys ... i have zeroed in on my bcaa product - dymatize recoup ... and everyone says its great pre and post workout ... my stack permits me to take it post workout ( and the monster mass 30 min later) ... but i take presurge unleashed for my preworkout ... can i mix the two ... cause i like to stick to plain water DURING my workout ... any suggestions???? thanks yall : )

    If you want to use it pre and post, it would be just fine I'd imagine. Shouldn't have any negative interactions.

    I'm the same. BCAA supps make me feel naucious intra-WO. Peronally I'd only use the BCAA pre-WO but that's because I tend to use pretty large amounts of whey post WO which of course already have BCAAs.
