    Yeah, Ryan has serious power when it comes to benching. I remember old interview clips of him being excited to get weights of 675 700+ ect. And now to see this a few years later is just crazy.
    I remember when I started lifting in HS, thinking 315 was a huge amount of weight to press...

    I think it's possible with enough practice (and very good spotters). Part of getting weight like that is all about getting your nervous system used to the "shock" that comes with press weight of that size. After that its all about leverage and pure power to drive it up and not letting any part of you slip out during the press.

    I believe it's around 655/675, I know in recent years he goes mostly for max weight and not so much raw. Though if he took some time out to practice his raw bench I'm sure he'd have it 700+ in no time if not more.
