I use oxyelite... But It really is only a boost for workouts. The only real way to drop down that low is to workout and diet.

    yo

    ya dude-

cause this is what im taking right now. im considering taking Jack'd to enhance my workout but idk if its too much.

    upon waking up:
    creatine + glutamine (5g each)
    lift then immediately take Xtend
    then cardio for 20-30 mins
    then take my protein (quattro)

read a forum and this dude said to use ChiKara, from ithinkfit.com but its kinda expensive so i was looking at some other alternatives and elitepro came up a lot. btw, do you think with what im using already i should buy jack'd?

    thanks

    A figment of your imagination?

Seriously though, most 'fat burners' are overpriced caffeine pills.

    EC Stack is not.

For myself, I'm going to try Lyle's protocols in 'The Stubborn Fat Solution'.
