For people between 16-20, what do u see yourself doing at the age of 25?

Have a pretty nice mid-sized condo in either Denver or Seattle, a decent car (honda s2000 or along those lines, nothing more expensive) that i'll get when I graduate (and a really really cheap winter beater if im in Denver)

working or hopefully have a franchise by then since im graduating around 22, investing my extras either back into the business or into real estate

Why would you want to have 2 cars yet be stuck in an appartment? Houses may be more work, but are a lot better. And in many cases it's cheaper to be paying off a mortgage than rent.

I'd like to say i'd be in a 1 bedroom apartment with no running water, and work at Arbies as a cashier. My apartment would be 2 miles away so i'd be able to walk to work hence no car. Living it easy, no stress. I'm going to stay away from the girls as well and probably wont have any friends.

BTW, You wont afford a home, apartment, or skyscraper penthouse in New York, or any other city off of a law enforcement, firefighting, or military career. In todays real estate market, youll be lucky to qualify for low income housing. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the average person wont be able to afford their own home until they are in their thirties. And 2 sports cars? show me one person with ONE PAYED OFF sports car who is not a doctor lawyer, or slanging yayo.
