I see myself driving 2 nice cars...........but living in an apartment. I doubt I'll be married. Things dont look to good down the road with no college education...............

Have a pretty nice mid-sized condo in either Denver or Seattle, a decent car (honda s2000 or along those lines, nothing more expensive) that i'll get when I graduate (and a really really cheap winter beater if im in Denver)
Still bodybuilding
no wife, no kids
working or hopefully have a franchise by then since im graduating around 22, investing my extras either back into the business or into real estate
thats about it, pretty simple lifestyle, hanging out with friends and watching the fight on weekends or whatever, nothing crazy

Jesus, you guys are acting like 25 is friggin old. I wont reveal my age, but 25 IS NOT OLD!
BTW, You wont afford a home, apartment, or skyscraper penthouse in New York, or any other city off of a law enforcement, firefighting, or military career. In todays real estate market, youll be lucky to qualify for low income housing. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the average person wont be able to afford their own home until they are in their thirties. And 2 sports cars? show me one person with ONE PAYED OFF sports car who is not a doctor lawyer, or slanging yayo.
Sincerely,
Mr. Reality.
