Okay so I need to make a workout plan for my dad but im not sure what type I should make him. He has a bad back so I wanna try and help him strengthen his core & back to relieve some of that pain but im not sure how many days I should have him lift. Should I create a workout program that has him lift weights 5 days or 3 days? or lift 3 and light cardio for 2 days? I wanna hear your thoughts?
