not gonna get into decison but guy i trusted wrote a check and let me deposit it into my account told me he'll give me 1000 since hes knows im struggling but he needed to put the money somewhere..i take out his money next day 1500 give it to him and it turns out it was a fraud check so now i owe bank 2000$...i trusted dude and i had 42$ in my account so i fuked up bros...idk wtf came in my head was just fukin broke and made tha dumbest decisions in my life fukin idiot....idk wtf ima do...if this will effect my financial aid..i have no job been looking for one...no money all my money was in my account...now my account is in the fraud department...i never thought i can get more fuked...no cash...no gas money..instead i owe 2000

they will likely try to press charges within 2 month OP, I'd try you best to get a hold of the scumbag that game you the check... but honestly, you should have known better.

BTW, the teller that took your check could be written up and has a possibility of losing his/her job since he probably should have put it on hold (depending on the bank and their policies). Get the money back as soon as possible... they will probably not charge you many fees and will probably tell you to close your account down afterwards.

just don't let it hit chexsystems or have it go to their fraud department or you could be fuked big time in the future. if you fix it now, zero repercussions will come from it
