Hey, I'm just curious....I've done a little research about supplementing with red yeast rice and lowering cholesterol levels. On my last cycle I was able to run chemistry tests on myself pretty regularly and my HDL bottomed out around 9 and my LDL approached 200 and my cholesterol level reached a max of 229. While on cycle would it be beneficial to supplement with 1200-2400mg of red yeast rice to help control my cholesterol levels?
