Afternoon all i could really do with some honest advise.
6 weeks ago I was sucessfull in an application to do white collar boxing for charity, for me this is a opportunity to really turn my health etc around. Im a big big lad and had a starting weight of 148kg
I'm 38 and have lost 12kg in 6 weeks and gained approx 700g for muscle mass, below is my weekly trainging output.
3x a specific boxing session 90mins
3x PT seasion working on core strength, movement and flexibilbity.
1 rest day
My diet is very good, eating 5-6 times aday and loading up on carb 2hr before a workout and protein after. The issue is now is that i await a plan from my PT guy on suppliments and have found your site very helpfull so far explaining the in's and out's.
However I'm a sucker for detail and now im totally lost, its obvisous that i need help if im going to keep this up how else am i going to be able to consume 400-500g of protein a day.
I'm sure you guys will need lot more info to help so please ask.
FYI the fight is on November 29th and have 12-13 weeks to really put my all into being in the best shape i can for this fight.
