    Monster Mass

    Hey guys , i am looking to gain around 50 lbs for football. i got around 13 months, and i was wondering if anybody had luck with monster mass? or any other mass builder?

    I heard that all that milk takes a toll on the body. I guess its different for people but I mean that is a lot of milk.

    you said you need to gain 50lbs for football?

    whats your time frame?

    and monster mass will only help with about 5-10lbs of the 50lbs
    Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts

    bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
    squat: 325 (may2010)
    deadlift 275x5 (april2010)

    goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible

    thats like saying all that water takes a toll on your body, water is good for you and so is milk, it provides protein, calcium etc to you although it can make you fart and crap something hectic

    well i started this month, and i got to about this time next year. I cant playing running back at my size. especially with our high school going 6A

    i've had it. i couldn't drink one whole serving in one sitting and i'm 235lb. try to split one whole serving 2-3 times throughout the day.

    like h1t v3r4c said, its soo dam hard to have it all at once. i have one serving at around 3:30pm and the 2nd after i workout around 10pm. its been great. then after the 2nd serving, about 30-45min later i have 2 tbsp of peanut butter washed down with water.

    the bag only lasts 16 days at 1 full serving a day, but its worth it and i get a 12lb bag for 36$

    I've tried it, I've also tried cytogainer. I dunno which one worked better, they were both pretty much the same for me. It is quite expensive, i recommend you make your own if you can be bothered. Or simple just eat more and more frequently.

    Monster mass has been working good for me, I've gained almost 10lbs so far on the stuff (while eating more obviously).
