I usually do my cardio immediately after my workout and then I drink my whey protein.
Is this the best way?
Should I drink whey protein between the workout and cardio?
I'm trying to fat loss.

I see that your new here, so Ill go easy on you, but there is a search feature on the top right of the screen, there was a thread on this a few days back with alooooot of posts, more info there than there will be here, it will take a while for responses, personally it depends for me, if I'm doing morning cardio on an empty stomach than I wont drink anything, if its after a workout, I'll chug a shake and go at it.
