    Thumbs up Whey Protein before or after cardio?

    I usually do my cardio immediately after my workout and then I drink my whey protein.
    Is this the best way?
    Should I drink whey protein between the workout and cardio?
    I'm trying to fat loss.

    I see that your new here, so Ill go easy on you, but there is a search feature on the top right of the screen, there was a thread on this a few days back with alooooot of posts, more info there than there will be here, it will take a while for responses, personally it depends for me, if I'm doing morning cardio on an empty stomach than I wont drink anything, if its after a workout, I'll chug a shake and go at it.

    Don't drink in between...makes no sense. Most protien you buy isn't going to do anything but sit in your stomach during your workout anyway. Digestions slows almost to a complete standstill during phyical activity. ( For most people )

    Well I personally drink BCAA's and Waxy Maize during my workout so I wait until after cardio for my protein shake.
