Have Been on 100% Gold Standard for about a year but just yesterday I tried myofusion and I have to say its one of the best tasting protein shakes I have ever had and for the Price you can beat it plus it has more protein per serving then gold but both are great

Isn't myo a caesin? All for gold standard but think I'm going to try myo for a bit for a bedtime protien

myofusion is a mix. it has whey isolate, egg and milk isolate protein

Dymatize Elite Gourmet Protein -- Best ratio of price, servings, mixability, and taste that I have found. I like muscle milk a lot too, but the Elite Gourmet is a better value.

dymatize is the best flavor but ON's 2:1:1 recovery is delicious and a great protein. i take 2 scoops of mucho mango 2:1:1 recovery and some glutamine postworkout
