    Arrow Should I??

Should I still continue to do carido everyday or should I start to lift heavy weights. As of now I do carido in the mornings and do weights at night. Im a beginner. Still finding new workouts to do and how to properly do them. 4 months ago I was 210. Im 5'10. As of today I weigh 169. I really want a nice chest and abs. Already have pretty good size legs from doing carido. Any feed back would be nice

Congrats on the weight loss. I would definitely start lifting heavy...that will help in your quest for a nice chest and abs.

    Congrats, indeed.
I'd suggest 3x / week with weights, and continue cardio 4x / week.
They're not mutually exclusive, but you don't want to burn out unnecessarily (or at all).
