    NOW foods- Carbo Gain

As for BCAAs, I would recommend powder. You are going to get much more BCAA's per serving vs pill form.

    Nailed it.

Definitely go with Malto as the carb source. Dextrose is sweet and can impact flavoring because of it. Malto enhances taste/texture. Waxy is nothing special at all, just over-priced as a basic carb and hsa a crappy texture compared to malto/dextrose. Unless you're going all out to get Vitargo/Karblolyn avoid any waxy products.

x2. The pills are obnoxious after a while. I actually took them by themselves one time before a class thinking nothing of it. About half hour into that class i burped and blew it out my nose so it would be silent and a huge cloud of white powder shot out. Just a tad suspicious looking id say.

This. Grind up your oats and put in a ziploc bag w/ your protein powder. When finished working out take shaker cup and add water or milk then add your special blend of oats a whey. All you need is a coffee grinder. I use about 1/2c-2/3c oats. You can use more/less depending on your needs

    Cheap proven and effective.

Makes it fairly thick, but I like it. Just don't pre-mix it lol, hardens right up! I usually just wait and go home and eat a bowl of oats'n'whey

Definitely look into Labrada's carb product before buying anything.

Since you guys are talking Oats and Whey now, allow me to pimp my product here: PRO OATS! It's organic quick oatmeal, 100% pure whey protein isolate powder, and all-natural dried fruit. It's meant to be like a breakfast oatmeal but you could grind it up like you guys are talking about too.

    Check it out here: http://pro-oats.com.

    Thanks!
If you consistently eat like crap you will consistently look like crap.
If you make a so-so effort you will get so-so results.
If you crash diet half the time and overeat the other half of the time you will look and be miserable ALL of the time.
If you want to look exceptional you will need to do what most others are not willing to do.

Nope it's not on here, yet. I have contacted them but no replies; it's been a while since my last attempt though. It's a legit product, and I'm the owner... maybe I missed it but I don't know of forum rules against talking about such products here. What can you tell me?
