That's how it's done OP. I have a few questions:

Did you slowly gain weight the whole time or were you maintaining (recomp style) for a bit too?

Did you do any mini cuts throughout?

Slowly gaining weight throughout the years. I have had a couple of periods of 2-3 months with fading motivation, where my intake has dropped a bit, but I haven't done any planned mini cuts during the period. Just kept adding a bit of weight while focusing on getting stronger.

Chest: 48 inches

I squatted 3x200kg this week, and db benched 5x70kg. My deadlift is pretty awfull, but it haven't been prioritized for some years, because my lower back hypertrophy-wise is my strong point, and I need to prioritize my mass gains a lot at this point.
