Slowly gaining weight throughout the years. I have had a couple of periods of 2-3 months with fading motivation, where my intake has dropped a bit, but I haven't done any planned mini cuts during the period. Just kept adding a bit of weight while focusing on getting stronger.
Arms: Just shy of 17 inches
Legs: 26 inches
Waist: 29,5 inches
Chest: 48 inches
My weight is 200lbs right now.

It does seem to make it easier to grow big delts!
Quite good actually.
I squatted 3x200kg this week, and db benched 5x70kg. My deadlift is pretty awfull, but it haven't been prioritized for some years, because my lower back hypertrophy-wise is my strong point, and I need to prioritize my mass gains a lot at this point.
