On a Saturday a few weeks from now I'm gonna be doing 10x3x375 squats and then 10x3x250 bench. That's gonna suck.

GET OFF OF MY LAWN!!
hahaha, IL won't take my troll bait. He's learning Thanks for the smolov link.
As I leaned over the counter this morning to shave, my arms looked awesome. This is a good development. I asked for free crap in my BB.com order, and all I got was calipers. I'm going to caliper up my BF tonight and see how tubby I am. I'm guessing 20%.
Also spent 10 minutes this morning stretching my hams, will do another 10-15 minutes this afternoon. I should do some shoulder stuff, too. I need to really get on my stretching.Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153427731&page=1

Right now my biggest concern is my hams for squat depth. After that it's shoulders/tris for shoulder health and cleans. What else do I have that really needs stretching (kind of a srs question)?
The thing is really just the time it takes. Maybe once my hams are where I would like them I can just do a full body stretching once a day for 10-15 minutes.
I guess I kind of also hate stretching. Yes I hate it.Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153427731&page=1

All the things you listed are problems people experience no matter what program they're on. It's only for 3 weeks, man. Chill out. I'm not using my bench max either, it's about 10-15 lbs below. And my squat max is probably about 10 lbs below. I'll be fine.
I hate stretching as well. I guess there really isn't anything else... I just like to get a good stretch in everything. Oh neck is important. Make sure you stretch that out.
I used to stretch every day and do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups every night but that was when I was like 15. Now I do joint rotations before every workout and that's about it. No static stretching at all. I need to get back into it.Planted like a tree beside the river of truth.

I only do static stretching for hams/glutes. I do some broomstick stretching before benching on workout day or when I remember on off days. But I think my warmups are pretty extensive. I generally will use at least 4 warmup sets, sometimes 6. + 5 minutes on treadmill.
