    mad cow, bill star 5x5 questions

    ok im lost

    bench on mon , incline bench or military press on wed , bench on fri , why is there a choice between incline bench and military press? doesnt incline do upper chest and military focus on shoulders more ???

    wats the difference between bill star and mad cows 5x5 routines ??

    is it bad to supplement squats with walking lunges??

    or wat bout doing incline 2 times a week mon & fri and flat bench on wed ???

    why is there a choice between incline bench and military press?
    theres a choice so you can focus more on chest if you want to w/ incline. if youre using a standard 'incline bench' at the gym, the angle is enough that your shoulders get some indirect work as well.

    there is no difference, they are the same routine.

    the program is a 'cookie cutter' program, meaning simple w/ very very minimal adjustment. just do it like it says. if it doesnt say 'add walking lunges' then dont.

    keep the flat bench on day 1 and 3, incline on day 2 .
