around 1998-2000 it was pretty huge here. We had raves in Chicago with 20,000 people every weekend night. I'm sure at some point it'll come back but never to how it was 10 years ago. Although House music will be in Chicago forever.

Techno is roughly 30 years old. More modern stuff is about 20 years old. Outside of urban areas where people are more open minded, it hasnt spread through the masses.

Its starting to spread more outside of urban areas now because of the blend with R&B and hip-hop, like David Guetta (sexy bitch), LMFAO (im in miami), etc

You wont hear any of that stuff on the radio unless you download it. I usually get the Armin Van Buuren show every week and that's very good. I really like Happy Hardcore though, but there's a lot of bad varieties out there. Breaks and drums are also awesome too
