So this whole week I felt horrible, went to the gym monday, had a terrible workout, decided to take a week off. Something's been going around like a flu/cold, and yesterday I battled it out, drank so much water, got good sleep, and luckily only woke up a slight sore throat.
My legs are still a little weak feeling, my upper body is as well. How much longer should I take off? I plan on working out monday.

Why not try again today? It won't hurt to give it a shot :P. We can't tell you when, it's your body man.
