I am starting another Blue Gene Cycle. I love this stuff!!! There are days that I workout twice. How should I take Blue Gene on those days?

I was wondering the same thing. I am currently running Blue Growth and will be doing a aditional 4 weeks of BLUE GROWTH and adding GREEN MAG and BLUE GENE. Twice a week I do a lift in the morning and another in the late afternoon. What advice would you give?
Lift Monday-Friday
TUE and THUR double training days

try all preworkout for the first workout and a split dosage for the two workouts to see which works best for you
