As much meat (especially steak) as I can cram into my face, three or four peanut butter sandwiches a day, hearty vegetable soups, raw vegetables, cheese, a couple glasses of milk when I want them, a cup of cottage cheese, a 4-egg omelet, a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of fiber cereal, a protein shake, coffee, fish oil, multi, glutamine, joint support, Vitamin D. This keeps my weight either the same or slowly rising

That would be a lot to stomach. Maybe start adding gradually to your intake. It probably depends on what you can afford and how much of what you need. I do SS and started right away drinking 1/3 gal of milk, 3 pbj, yogurt, granola bar, banana, protein shake, and a gal of water. That is what I take to work, dinner is whatever the wife prepares. I slowly add more if I feel I need it. I'm active at work wrenching on cars so it is easier to add more as I work it off.

I eat lots of grilled chicken, beef, fish, turkey, pork, 2% milk, peanut butter, oatmeal, veges, fruits, eggs, wheat bread, mixed nuts, rice, tuna, cheese, baked potatoes and sweet potatoes, and I drink 1gal or more of water a day. Try to get in 5-7 meals a day.

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - Aristotle
