Well a cheat day is a cheat day. As many as you'd like. That said, the more you cheat, the further you set yourself back. It's all a numbers game. Say you ate 500 under all week, you would be at -3,500 after a week, or 1 lb lost. Now, you cheat, say 1000 over(for the day), so your week would only be -2,500. I'm not saying our body really calculates 'weekly' but you get the gist.
Don't forget, you can have a cheat meal and not go over on cals. That is the most effective way. Eat that pizza, or that ice cream, but count it and adjust your other meals to compensate.
Best of luck,

thanks guys. yes i meant 500.
well i was thinking since i cut 500 a day, and on top of that my workouts/cardio, i should be burning more than 3500 a week, prob even more than 4500 cals right? i know you guys wouldn't know, but those workouts/cardio should be burning off more cals during the week
so i think on my cheat day i will eat around 3000 cals
