    What did you eat today?

    I ate:

    Oatmeal made with milk and double chocolate whey.
    2 PBJ on WW
    1 chicken breast
    2 cups of greek yogurt
    2 scoops of whey
    11 almonds
    1 turkey breast footlong from subway
    1 banana
    1 egg
    multivitamins
    3 cups of milk
