WHY should we choose you ! !): ive been training for 4 years, and training, health, and the furthering of my education in these two subjects is my passion. in the 4 short years i have been training i have accomplished quite a bit, dropping fro 215 to 150 was my first, building up to 187 lbs was my second, and now i want to achieve my third accomplishment by being 170-175 lbs 7-8% bf.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): legs, shoulders, arms, HIIT, chest, back, circuit.

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): i do 20 mins on treadmil daily, but i have thursday and sunday commited to two of my favorite cardio routines.

    Current supplements (exact brand/product name): cheap supp's Beta-alanine and fish oil, ON opti-men multi, primaforce 200mg caffeine tabs, controlled labs green mag.

    How long have you been off stimulants?a week ago i just started taking 200mg caffeine upon waking

    What is your stimulant history? ive tried jacked, white flood, and superpump 250.

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): 100g carbs, 120g protein, 30-40g fats

    Current Daily water intake:1 gallon

    Short Term Goal: drop to 7-8% bf

    Long Term Goal: maintain 8-12% bf, while gaining muscle ultimately obtaining 185 lbs 6-8% bf.

    ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: drug free, no alcohol.

    Supplement history (as much detail as possible): multivitamin, fish oil, beta-alanine, creatine, caffeine, protein powders.

    Saturday - ARMS - Standing EZ Bar curl, Close Grib BP, 1 arm db preachers, Weighted dips, cable curls, rope kickbacks

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 15-20 minute HIIT 3x a week

    How long have you been off stimulants? I use whiteflood.

    Ideally it should be taken in the morning and not within 4-6 hours of a pre-workout with stimulants.
