    Funny thing is I just remembered that last summer, the week I started my cut we went on vacation and I had 5 plates stacked full of food from Golden Corral, then went straight to Baskin Robbins and had a whole large Chocolate Oreo Shake. Absolutly did not realize that thing is 2600 cals. I would hate to know how many calories I had that day, let alone the whole week. We ate out for every meal the whole week, and had some sort of ice cream/milk shake every night.

    Btw, does anyone remember the oreo milkshake that BK had? Hands down the best I've ever had.

    Yeah it is really surprising to think that some of the things you put into your body don't seem that bad. In fact many Shakes, although bad for you are still under 1000 calories.
