What do you think of this pre-workout ritual? I eat 3 things of yogurt (180 calories), or a serving of oatmeal. 20 minutes later, I drink Jack3d. Then a half hour later, I drink 2 servings of GNC Whey Protein and head to the gym. Run for 5-7 minutes and lift.
