-Years Training: I have been playing sports my whole life in high school, but since graduating my body went to the way side and I fell in a slump. I have been consecutively working out now for 8 months and I am in the best shape I've ever been in and I plan to continue my transformation.

I will adhere to all rules as stated and give my honest and unbiased opinion accordingly.

My diet includes a lot of vegetables and lean meats. I am eating at 7-8 x body weight. For weight training I am doing a 5 day split. And soon to be trying "The Blueprint" workout.

At my age I feel test boosters wouldn't benefit me as much as someone older or with low test count so I am interested in K-Otic.

Goals:
I'd like to gain some weight and get to around 200lbs(currently 183-185). My BF% is around 8 or 9 where i would like to be around 6. I would like to one day be in the 200-210 range and still be cut.

Strength Goals: I currently bench 290 for a 1 rep max and have always just wanted to be able to put 3 plates on the bar! Ha i know it will come with time...

Years Training: I've been training for 4 years now, not really very serious at age 14 but once i turned 16 i really fell in love with lifting and couldn't imagine myself stopping now.

I lift 4-5 times a week with cardio 3-4 days. My training split is as follows.

Monday: Chest and Triceps, abs (Cardio)

Tuesday: Back and Bicep

Wednesday: Cardio/kickboxing

Thursday: Legs and abs

Friday: Shoulders, Forearms, Traps

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Cardio/kickboxing

I've tried many many Pre-workout products including: Jack3d, VPX Shotgun, NO Xplode(original and NT), Black Powder, LG Anadraulic State GT, AEN Pre-Surge Unleashed, Nano Vapor, Superpump 250, White Flood, and NO Beta. I love pre workout products that just give you that extra boost you need and the incredible focus to get your work done. I think i'd be great for this testing opportunity because i have tried so many other Pre workout products and know what ot look for in a good one.

For Test-Boosters i've taken Muscle Pharm Battle Fuel and also USP Pink Magic, both getting me past plateaus.

I would like to try the K-Otic so i could see how it stacks up against the other Pre-Workouts i've tried.
