Let me start off by saying I don't give a fuk if everyone in the world worked out, I'm not asking for people to be shredded or anything. But how do fat people get through the days knowing that:
-They have more chins than a Chinese phonebook
-They can feel their car "drop" when they get in
-They have to keep moving down notches on their belts
-They dicks are hidden by layer upon layer of blubber
I guess you get used to it?
Personally, I will never let myself get fat when I get old(er).

Honestly i have no problems listed from above.....
but..Im at the gym busting my ass
btw how can you guys tell the difference between a normal fat guy and a fat guy who is currently working out..wont you treat them both the same because you don't know."All living creatures place their faith in someone more powerful than them and they cannot survive unless they blindly follow that person. The recipient of that faith then seeks out someone in an even higher position in order to escape from the pressure. In this way all kings are born and in this way all Gods are born. Do not believe in me yet, for now I shall slowly teach you who the God is that you will put your faith in. Believing in me comes after that." - Aizen

Stfu its genetics! You can't help how fat you are, it's 100% genetic. When you are born, it has already been decided whether you will grow up to be fat or not. No amount of effort can change it so stop hating. Brb 2 tubs of icecream to reward 10 mins on the elliptical machine.
Edit: Hey I was just thinking about the people who have that condition that makes them hungry all the time. Why can't they just keep eating veges instead of god damn fish and chips?

4years ago I weighted 137kg. It's hard to believe but I really didn't know, I hadn't stepped on a scale for over 2years.
But the moment I saw those numbers I realisesed it and 8months later I was 96.
Then I spend some years between 110-120. Now I started the final drop down and also started lifting weights.
95kg at this moment. I think fat people fall in 3 categories
a) they don't know it
b) they can't handle the slow progression of fat loss
c) they don't care
edit: here is a pic from when I was 16yo. I was never shredded but I wasn't a fat ass either. The gf I dated at 18 for 3years just constantly made freaking chocolate cakes and I kept eating them. feels bad man
I never lifted weights in my life and didn't do any sport to have that physique when I was 16yo. I hope I'm a freaking meso so that my progression will make people think I'm doing dat dere cell tech.

I can see where you're coming from, but to be honest we'd all be just like them if we were brought up the same way and lived in the same conditions.
It's easy to say "i'd never let myself get like that", but what happens when your whole life you've been brought up eating bad food, and being obese was considered normal with your family and friends?
We're all just products of our environment. Most of us weren't brought up to work out and be physically active all of the time. Something inspired us to do it, we all had those moments. It's very possible that something could happen to you when you get older to feel less motivated to work out. You probably wont be obese because of what you've learned now, but gaining a belly is definitley possible.
What I hate to see though are women, the sex that is most pressured by society to look and be a certain way, try to hide their insecurity about being overweight and claim that they "love their curves" and act really cocky about it. Because lets be honest here, every single time an overweight girl goes shopping for clothes and she can't buy what she wants because shes way too big, that hurts for them, alot.
The benefits of being in shape outweigh being overweight 1000x over. There's nothing wrong with liking yourself, but there is something wrong with taking pride in contentment instead of self improvement.

^^^very good post
I thought of this thread when I saw the new "people getting fat after high school" thread. I don't understand how people who used to be lean/look good, etc can get fat, and not look back on their own pics and be disappoint. I guess their laziness outweighs their desire to look (and feel) good.
