    smoke before or after my lift?

    got a nice big fatty right here and im about to hit the gym. A couple of my buddys told me lifting while high is pretty helpful in ways. SHould i smoke this now? or after my lift?

    i always feel pretty burnt out after about half an hour of lifting if i smoke beforehand, feels much better after IMO.
