Doctors said I could have pre-hypertension, which isnt technically considered "high blood pressure" yet. They said it could be "white coat syndrome" which is just nerves from being in the doctors office. Anyway, seeing how creatine retains water, should I not be taking it because I have slightly raised blood pressure?

In the reading I've done creatine should not cause higher blood pressure,but due to some personal experience myself and others I believe it does elevate it slightly.Originally Posted by trainhard8624

I had high blood pressure before taking creatine and now after taking creatine for months its the same. So i'm pretty sure it's just genetics.
