i keep producing mucus for whatever reason. i dont really feel sick so i guess its an allergy im unaware of.

i keep swallowing mucus. its too far back for me to spit it out so it either goes down to my stomach and makes me feel terribly ill, or, it goes back into my lungs and makes me feel congested.


i feel like absolute ****. i'm constantly clearing my throat and swallowing the ****.

Yeah whenever I get a bad cold in the winter and swallow too much I will usually start feeling sick to my stomach. Do whatever you can to not swallow it also cause it will help you get better quicker.

PND is mostly caused by allergies. idk ive had this **** for nearly 3 weeks now. all i've been doing is drinking water/tea to loosen it and avoiding dairy b/c that can make it worse so i hear. thinking about taking mucinex.
