    Incline really does work your upper chest

    its not broscience. ive been neglecting my incline work so yesterday i didnt do any flat benching at all, and now my upper chest is sore as hell. i didnt even know u can be sore there.

    Incline is broscience. Just because it stimulates the upper chest doesn't mean it will grow. I know people that exclusively do incline but they still don't have an upper chest. Genetics is the determining factor here. What is even more annoying is when people say you can work your "inner" chest, which is anatomically impossible and a good "inner" chest comes from a low bodyfat.

    The bottom line is it can emphasize upper chest a little more, but it's not magic and it sure as **** doesn't isolate like everyone says. That's what is "broscience" about it.

    i gained like 10-15 pounds thats not very much and my chest drastically improved especially upper chest, more than when i gained 20 pounds. and it was from quitting flat bench and focusing on incline. my old workout partner weighs more than when we used to lift to but guess what his upper chest is still ****ty and he rarely does inclines. im pretty sure i know my body more than you do and you arent an expert on the subject
