I am 5'11 @ 159, trying to cut. Do I need to take any Testosterone supplement?

No I would only recommend it for ppl over 30 or if you have sleeping problems

Thanks for the suggestion bro. But will it increase the test levels? If yes, does the excess testosterone gets converted to estrogen?

It can help with sleep. Its most famous study was done on an NCAA football team, back in 1999(i think). The athletes on ZMA had an increase in strength, and test levels went up about 20%. Correct me if im wrong guys. Dont know about the estrogen question.

I'd recommend eating more and gaining more overall muscle and body mass before trying to boost your test levels. I am only because i've hit a huge plateau and tryng to get past it.. and been training for years

your tiny and probably dont have alot of muscle in the first place...why would you want to be all skin and bone....eat and lift you have no reason to cut

ZMA will not increase your testosterone, however being deficient in zinc and magnesium can decrease your testosterone, so if you are deficient it will get your test levels to normal, but not above.
