How much sugar is TOO MUCH on a cut?

How much sugar is TOO MUCH on a cut?
    You jagaloons! You're failures! FAILURES!
Hey, you're embarrassing yourself, you geriatric ****!
Two things: You keep your liver-spotted hands off my beautiful mother. She's a saint! And then you sit down and you write Dale and Brennan a check for $10,000.
Or I'm gonna shove one of those fake hearing devices so far up your ass...
...you can hear the sound of your small intestine as it produces ****!

IMO it all depends on you brah. some people can fit as much sugar into their macros as they want and be fine. others see negative effects from it.

for me ---- any sugar is too much on a cut, it is just that detrimental to my dieting efforts, a lot of other people though say they have no problem with it so im guessing its 1 of those things that ul have to see how well it works for you!

I generally don't consume as much as I think, but I do drink orange juice that has added sugar and mix that with whey protein. I just don't want to overdo it.

Alan Aragon's view is that 20% of calories can be from added sugar before affecting adequate nutrient intake in a hypocaloric state.

(Fruits/white bread ect. don't count as added sugar because they are enriched with nutrients)
    I protest this fraud
