How much sugar is TOO MUCH on a cut?

its body specific, but results will be less than optimal the more you have in your diet
are you trying to put in as much while still cutting? if so, you're doing it wrong

IMO it all depends on you brah. some people can fit as much sugar into their macros as they want and be fine. others see negative effects from it.

for me ---- any sugar is too much on a cut, it is just that detrimental to my dieting efforts, a lot of other people though say they have no problem with it so im guessing its 1 of those things that ul have to see how well it works for you!Originally Posted by gforbes28

I generally don't consume as much as I think, but I do drink orange juice that has added sugar and mix that with whey protein. I just don't want to overdo it.

What are the pros and cons of natural sugars compared to artifical? I mean they're both SUGARS right? (sorry for dumb question)
