dude its freakin nuts over here!
a few things:
- what a bad idea to work back before a 5 1/2 hour drive
- what a bad idea to work back before a 12 hour work day of lifting heavy ass boxes all day
- Yesterday spent $23 at arbys lol stocked up my fridge on large roast beef sandwhiches... gotta eat!
- hotel is awesome, but the bed sucks and I couldnt sleep at all last night!
- hotel updated their workout room... it now has DBs up to 50lbs which is pretty rare for hotels to have a decent weight room
- food is awesome here in Indy,
today's food -
BBQ roasted chix, salad with lite ranch, veggies and coleslaw from Champions
Meatloaf, german potato salad, spinach, rye bread, and a butter pecan chocolate pie from Shapiros, the most amazing restaurant in the entire world! It's an old school jewish deli
today's work -

I tried to workout tonight and my body was just NOT having it... i'm having some amazing ass food though (altho i'm gonna make an effort to eat a bit healthier, its just too damn easy to go overboard when its free and awesome restaurants!)
i did 30 lunges with each leg with 50lb DBs and after that tried doing a bit of arms/shoulders but i am so sore from yesterdays extremely long set up day... i will try again on sunday for a small full body workout, we wil see --- i ended up doing 3 sets of lunges with DBs, a few sets of bodyweight squats, ab work, and a bit of curls/skull crushers but i was just wasting my time -- stretched for about 10 minutes and it felt amazingly good for my lower back
todays food:
morning hotel meal at 6:15am
3 packets gritys + 2 packets butter
large serving of scrambled eggs (probably 4-5 eggs)
3 pieces canadian bacon
2 glasses of OJ
small bowl of fresh cut pineapple, honey dew melon and canteloupe
lunch at PF Changes at 12:30
shared a calamari appetizer
moo goo gia pan (lite white sauce, no homo) with chix and shrimp and brown rice
dinner at The Coachman at 5:30
12oz michelob ultra amber boch beer
shared a fried chicken lives appetizer
small ceasar salad + bacon + onions + tomatoes + cheese
12oz porterhouse porkchop + baked potato + stamed veggies
after my "workout" (lulz), i had a scoop of intrapro and two cookies (even more lulz) that were fresh baked in the lobby of the hotel
before bed I will have 2 scoops of myofusion + some peanut butter i jacked from the lobby

no ive had liver a bunch of times before --- i actually *gasp* enjoy liver and onions lol, but it doesnt love me back, it gives me the worst gas ever
fried chix livers are something that we always get at that restaurant... a decent little treat that you cant really find anywhere else
The expo is going well, we are pretty slow for the first two days, and expect a pretty busy day tomorrow... I was offered a job in peurto rico as a stone counter sales rep lol which sounds cool but in actuality would be pretty ****ty ha
today we got out of the expo early, so i'm gonna go try and get in another workout before dinner tonight at 6... PEACE!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I literally developed a huge stretchmark on my left shoulder pretty much over night... I just noticed it now while on the phone, its pretty big and hopefully means i'm growing (its right in the area between shoulder and pec)

Walked into the gym and my buddy was doin a different kind of workout from his football team... 10 sets of 3 exercises... So i joined in with him. It was sorta a circuit workout, but all compounds... interesting and really difficult
Felt pretty damn hoss at the end all pumped up!

just made some protein brownies for this weekend when i'm gonna be working a lot
1.5 cups oat flour (ground up oats)
6 scoops myofusion (4 chocolate pb, and 2 banana)
3 eggwhites
all mixed up and baked in a nonstick pan for 22 minutes at 300 degrees

haha dude i had to buy all the 5lb'ers!
while our compensation package is really great, i need 3-4x the protein we are given lol
they were really thick --- I am gonna be making another batch on friday to see if i can get them a bit more fluffy and less like bricks
yeah its a good deal, especially when you consider what other "real" isolates sell for
yeah!
It was confirmed on monday when i weighed in again at 219.6 lbs... after being sick and dehydrated from the weekend... so thats good!

Day 40-42
busy work weekend
18 hours of work in 3 shifts, and then was sickkkkk so i just took it easy on sunday
after being sick and whatnot from the weekend, still weighed in at 219.6 lbs
my diet has been boring lately... just the same ol' food being recycled... need to get creative but i'm so damn busy!
on a side note: i may be deleting my AConrad00 account and having a new account based completely on doing gaspari work... The first thing that pops up in a google search is my bodyspace and I have a ton of goofy stuff on here, and i'm sure this log where i am running anabolics doesnt help --- i'm just thinking that a potential job opportunity may be swept away because of this log and other shenanigans from these forums
