I find regardless of sleep I can barely stand on my feet all day long, I have been lacking on multi vitamin and fish oil for the last month and not eating as good as I could but would that cause this? I can basically go to work at 8 leave at 5 and sleep until 8 the next morning and still be dead on my feet.
Any other suggestions? I work inside so get very little vitamin D but I supped it for a week or 2 before and didn't notice a difference.
Any help would be amazing, I am getting so run down I am going to get fired soon from working so slow.
I was cutting but I am currently neither bulking or cutting due to how tired I am I don't cook.

Diet is suffering because of being so tired, I have just been eating a lot of subway and sometimes some chicken and potatoes and lots of eggs. I haven't really been cooking much at all because by the time I get off work I am falling asleep on my feet.
As far as sleep goes I get easily 8-10 hours a night.

I actually did and they thought I had sleep apnea this was when I was 230 and now I am 180, the process takes almost 3 years to get through and I just gave up after being on a waiting list for so long for the sleep test.
I also CONSTANTLY have a runny nose, its clear and very thin and just pores out all day. I also constantly have itchy ears, I am assuming these are allergies and I did start taking some claritin but it didn't do much.
I was never allergic to anything before.
well, you definitely need to make sure you get your diet in check. Insufficient nutrients can just make you feel bad. Also, if that doesn't help, you may want to get tested for anemia.

need your diet and macro nutrient breakdown. But my guess would be if you woke up in the AM and had oatmeal + eggs + fruit + milk (for about 500 cals) and then aroudn 10AM you had a bagel with some peanut butter and an apple or banana (for around 400 cals) you'd feel a lot better.... the key in all this is the carbs and the fat....

this doesn't seem like a simple diet/fishoil/multivitamin issue here. (unless you are doing really low calorie levels)
i would go see your physician. there could be a underlying condition that causing all this. 8 to 5 is a normal work range; you should have some energy after work.
here is hoping its a simple fix.

If you have insurance go to a doctor.
I just made an appointment with a sleep doc 5 days ago and my appointment is tomorrow. If I need another sleep study they said it will only take 1-3 weeks. Don't wait.
You could go to a regular doc and ask to try modafinil. Look it up. Get the generic cause the name brand is too much $$$.

What's your training like at the minute? Have you upped volume, frequency or intensity by any noticeable degree? If you've started pushing yourself harder in the gym, or maybe aren't resting up properly, I would consider the possibility that your Testosterone levels have taken a bit of a dive. A decrease in Test is often accompanied by feelings of tiredness, irritability or lethargy. Perhaps arrange to see if you can get some bloodwork done to have your levels checked.
